About NGA Financial

Helping Families Make Important Financial Decisions With Greater Clarity

NGA Financial was created to help parents and grandparents better understand long term financial planning for children.
We believe families should understand the ideas, questions, and options before making important financial decisions. Our approach begins with education, clear explanations, and conversations without unnecessary pressure.
Education should come before financial decisions.

Why NGA Financial Exists

Education Should Come Before Financial Decisions.

Families are often introduced to financial products before they fully understand the choices in front of them.

NGA Financial takes a different approach. We believe understanding should come first.
01

Understand First

Learn the important ideas and questions before deciding what may be right for your family.

02

Make It Clear

Financial planning should be explained in language parents and grandparents can actually understand.

03

Decide Without Pressure

Ask questions, understand your options, and make thoughtful decisions on your family's timeline.

Our role is not to pressure families into a decision. Our role is to help them understand what they are deciding.

Built From a Parent's Perspective

I'm Luc S. Julien, founder of NGA Financial and creator of the Million Dollar Baby Plan.

I created NGA Financial because I saw how easy it is for families to receive financial information without first receiving clear explanations.

We cannot predict every opportunity or challenge our children will face. But we can prepare before those moments arrive.

As a parent, that idea matters to me personally.

Parents and grandparents want to do the right thing for the people they love. But when financial decisions feel confusing, complicated, or rushed, it becomes harder to know where to begin.

What if families could understand their options first, ask better questions, and make decisions with greater clarity?

That question became part of the reason NGA Financial exists.

The goal is not to create more pressure. The goal is to make important financial conversations easier to understand and more thoughtful.
One child. One window. One decision.

What We Believe

Clear Principles Make Better Conversations.

NGA Financial is built around a few simple beliefs that guide how we educate families and approach important decisions.

Education First

Families should understand the ideas, questions, and options before making an important financial decision.

Time Matters

Starting earlier can give families more time to build, adjust, and create options for the future.

Family Focused

Planning should begin with the people you care about and the future you are trying to help them prepare for.

No Pressure

Good decisions should come from clarity and understanding, not fear, urgency, or unnecessary pressure.

We believe families deserve clarity before commitment.
Our Promise to Families

Our Promise Is Simple.

Important financial decisions deserve clear explanations, honest conversations, and enough time to ask questions.
  • We Will Educate First We explain the ideas and questions before discussing whether a solution may fit your family.
  • We Will Keep It Clear We work to explain financial concepts in language parents and grandparents can understand.
  • We Will Welcome Questions Families should feel comfortable asking questions before making an important decision.
  • We Will Avoid Unnecessary Pressure Thoughtful decisions should come from understanding, not fear or artificial urgency.
  • We Will Respect Your Decision Every family is different. You should decide what is right for yours.
  • We Will Stay Family Focused The conversation should always come back to the people, goals, and future you are trying to protect.
Our role is to help you understand your options clearly so you can make a more informed decision for your family.
Clarity before commitment.
Your Next Step

Start With Understanding.

You do not have to make a financial decision today. Start by learning how time, protection, growth, and flexibility may work together when planning for a child's future.
The first step is not commitment. The first step is clarity.
Educational information. No pressure. No obligation.
One child. One window. One decision.

Why Families Are Starting the Conversation

Different families have different goals. But many begin with the same question: “Am I starting early enough?”

Rolande J.

“As a parent, I always worried I was falling behind. College, life, emergencies… it felt overwhelming. Luc explained everything in a way that finally made sense. I don’t feel stressed anymore. I feel prepared. Most importantly, I feel like I actually did something meaningful for my child’s future.”

Parent of a 4-year-old

Flora Noel.

“I wanted to leave more than money. I wanted to leave a plan. Luc helped me understand how to create something that grows with my grandchild over time. It feels good knowing this gift will still be working long after I’m gone.”

Grandmother of a newborn

Jounette Louis.

“We had savings accounts and good intentions but no real strategy. The Million Dollar Baby Plan showed us how small steps today can turn into something much bigger later. Luc was patient, honest, and never pushed. That meant everything to us.”

Parents of a 5-year-old
